Kyle Kietzmann
Founding Director
Mr Kietzmann obtained his LLB degree at the North-West University Potchefstroom Campus in 2012. He completed his Articles and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2014.
Mr Kietzmann’s passion for law and drive led to the founding and starting of Kietzmann Attorneys in 2016. Apart from the passion for client devotion and service excellence, Mr Kietzmann further has a passion for lecturing. Since 2016, Mr Kietzmann has been a lecturer at both the Johannesburg and Pretoria Law Schools, respectively. His fields of lecturing include but are not limited to the following modules:

Charmaine Weideman
Director & Partner
Ms Weideman obtained both her Bcom Law and LLB degrees at the North-West University Potchefstroom Campus. She completed her Articles under Mr Kietzmann’s guidance and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2021.
Ms Weideman accepted the position of director and partner in March 2022 where after the proud legal team of Kietzmann & Weideman Attorneys Inc was born. With this bold business endeavour came great responsibility along with many opportunities to serve, connect and collaborate, but most especially to learn, grow and build upon experience.
Ms Weideman has the highest standard of professionalism and is consequently well-versed in the full spectrum of legal services Kietzmann & Weideman Attorneys Inc. has to offer.
